  2. Packaging: Carefully pack the product(s) in their original packaging or an equivalent quality alternative, including all accessories.

We currently provide international shipping services to most countries and regions worldwide. However, certain remote areas, countries with trade restrictions, or regions with unstable logistics conditions may be excluded from our delivery scope.

All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Hong Kong) after the successful confirmation of your payment. Once the order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered email address, which includes the tracking number and tracking link.

You can either click the tracking link in the email to track the package directly, or enter the tracking number on the official website of the corresponding logistics carrier.

If the tracking information is not updated within 3 business days after receiving the shipping confirmation, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Orders shipped to countries or regions outside Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or other customs fees levied by the destination country/region. These charges are the sole responsibility of the package recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fees displayed on our website.

16. Address Requirements & Modifications

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and valid delivery address (including recipient name, street address, postal code, contact telephone number, etc.) when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address information may lead to package delays, lost, or returned to us.

If you need to modify the delivery address after placing the order, please contact our customer service immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not been dispatched yet. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.

17. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages (During Delivery)

If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the logistics carrier but you have not received it, or if the package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

18. Partial Shipment & Order Splitting

In some cases, we may split your order into multiple shipments and dispatch them separately. This usually happens when the products in your order are stored in different warehouses, or when some products are out of stock temporarily but can be replenished soon.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping fees. We will send a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment, including the corresponding tracking number and tracking information.

19. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delays, failures, or losses in shipping and delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events), including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, typhoons, etc.), wars, terrorism, strikes, customs clearance delays, government regulations or restrictions, technical failures of logistics carriers, and pandemic-related travel restrictions.
